this is a no measure recipe!
~Enough chicken to feed your family, cut into nugget sizes
~1/2 box Captain Crunch cereal, crushed in a lg ziplock
~season the crushed cereal salt, pepper, garlic powder
~add the chicken to the cereal and shake until the chicken is coated, I squish it a bit to to stick the cereal to all the pieces
~heat the oven to 350 degrees
~place the chicken on a cookie sheet
~drizzle melted butter on all the pieces
~cook until done...aprox 15-20 minutesa nice dip with this is a dijonaise3 parts mayo, 1 part dijon mustard
I have never met a kid who won't eat this!
