It started with a book, a few yards of fabric, and an idea!It very quickly turned into a 4 piece set including a dress, ruffle bottom pants, an applique fish top, and an apronThe dress is SUPER twirly and can be worn with or without the pants. Pants can be worn with the top and apron or just the top!
